This is a very especial wine, as you will be able to check. It’s one of the exclusive and so called “winter white wines”, we mean, white wines with generous ageing which are able to drink either in summer than in winter. It goes very far away from the normal wines in its area ( young white wines with no ageing and very high acidity). This wine it’s suitable not only for people who love good white wines, but also, because of its full body, complexity and structure, for people who are used to drink good red wines.

Apart from this, this white wine is considered very suitable for any type of food, as it is perfect for Seafood meals, and also as it is full body and high structure, it is good for white and even red met, and also spicy foods.

SINGLE VINEYARD WINE: The whole making process of this wine, since the harvest (the grapes were all from the property) until the bottling, takes place in the estate itself.

AGING OR MATURATION: Wine aged for 8-10 months on its lees in stainless steel, with batonnage, plus another 8-10 months in bottle. This wine is ready to drink now and also has great aging potential.

INTEGRATED PRODUCTION AGRICULTURE AND VINICULTURE: We are certificate by the institute of control and verification CERTIS Portugal.

HARVEST: The grapes were harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes, after double selection, first at the vineyard and then on entry to the bodega, where were destemmed and gently crushed.

FILTRATION: tangential filter.
